I have chosen to rewrite the very awful, Book of Shadows: Blair Witch 2.

The movie starts off with a female news anchor announcing the disappearance of three film students who had set out to produce a documentary on the Blair Witch. The news anchor announces that a local search party had been sent out in hopes of finding the students. The search party returned with none of the students.

Two weeks have gone by since the disappearance of Heather Donahue, Michael Williams and Joshua Leonard. Donahue's twin brother (Alex), his girlfriend (Kylie) and two other friends (Ethan & Dane) embark on a mission to find his sister and her friends. Before heading into the woods, the group asks a group of locals if they had seen the students two weeks ago. One in particular, an older woman, states that "they're not ever coming back" and that "a search party was never sent into the woods." The group receives a map of the woods at a gas station, where they are told by another local about the Blair Witch legend and the haunted woods. The group heads out on their search for the others.

Two days pass by in the woods. The group has found nothing until they stumble upon the abandoned tent of the students. Surrounding the tent are 7 piles of rocks, 3 of which are covered in blood. Horrified, the group debates whether or not to turn around until they are interrupted by screams coming from a female further into the bush. Believing it is Heather, the group runs towards the screams where they stumble upon an abandoned house. The screaming stops and the group ventures into the house in search of Heather. They discover the broken video camera of Heather's in addition to an old book titled 'The Diary of Elly Kedward'. After finding nothing else, the groups returns with their findings to the campsite. Creeped out, Dane and Kylie wish to leave but are turned down by Alex who insists on setting up camp for the evening at the abandoned tent. Noises are heard coming from the woods that evening. The group awakens and Heather stumbles into the campsite screaming in shock.

The group awakens the next morning and discovers Dane to be missing. Alex notices that yet another pile of rocks has been drenched in blood. While Heather frantically looks through all of their belongings, the others agree that they should stay and look for Dane. Kylie grows increasingly suspicious of Heather after she threatens to kill her if she does not give her the book. She gives her the book and then mentions Heather's odd behavior to Alex. While searching for Dane, Ethan discovers severed limbs hanging off of tree branches. Believing them to be Dane's, he returns to camp and knocks Heather unconscious before telling Alex and Kylie of his discovery. The three decide to flee the camp and grab the map, which has been smeared in blood and is no longer legible. They run in the same direction for quite some time before stumbling upon their campsite again. The group is in disbelief that they ran in circles despite running in one direction.

Heather awakens back at the camp site and the group hides. She stumbles upon Ethan and, after chanting some words from the book, murders him. Alex and Kylie manage to escape and run in a different direction away from her. The two of them continue running throughout the evening until, suddenly, Kylie disappears. Alex, upset, calls out for her to no success and continues running throughout the woods. Shortly after, Alex stumbles upon an old abandoned manor in the middle of the woods. He observes a group of women wearing black chanting around a bonfire in the backyard. When the women stop chanting, they turn and stare at him. Alex turns to run when he is stopped in his tracks by Heather who says "I told you they weren't coming back" before transforming herself into the older woman from back in town. The witches begin chanting and Alex's body begins snapping and twisting... killing him within seconds. The film ends as Alex's body falls to the ground, staring up at a group of witches surrounding him and holding their individual diaries.

Death Scenes

1. Gale Weathers - Miss Weathers walks into her washroom where she plans to take a shower. She puts her phone on the vanity and proceeds to turn the shower faucet, which appears to be slightly loose, on to a normal temperature. She undresses herself before hopping into the shower where she begins singing ridiculously, using a bar of soap as her "microphone". Her phone begins ringing, surprising Gale and causing her to drop the bar of soap. She slides the bath/shower door open and struggles to reach the cell-phone. When she grabs and answers it, she slips on the bar of soap causing her to fall backwards. As she falls, her left leg hits the loose faucet and cranks it to HOT before knocking it off completely. The back of her head hits the tub edge, knocking her unconscious. Gale is left unconscious, being burned to death by the extremely hot water.

2. Willow Rosenburg - Being the studious girl that she is, Willow is researching 'death' and 'fate' via books in a library. As she is reaching for a book on a shelf, a group of young children run by with their mother chasing after them. The mother runs to the end of the room where the children push her into a bookshelf. The bookshelf falls over which creates a domino effect with the other bookshelfs. Willow is then killed by a metal bookshelf decapitating her.

3. Anya Jenkins & Dean Winchester - The two are having sex in the back of Anya's car in the middle of a local car dump. With the music playing loudly, the two do not notice the windows roll down a few centimetres and the doors lock. The two continue having sex until they begin feeling light-headed and woozy from carbon monoxide entering through the windows. When they realize what is happening, they attempt to get out of the car but are unsuccessful. After the two are knocked unconscious, the car stops. When the two of them awaken in the car, they are midair and being held by a car crusher. The car crusher begins destroying the car. It is assumed Anya and Dean are dead when the car comes out a bloody cube.

4. Sidney Prescott - Sidney is reading a book at home when the power cuts out. When she flips the electrical panel back on, she is electrocuted and flies back into the wall where she is impaled and killed on 12 points of conveniently placed deer antlers.

5. Chloe Carter - Chloe is waiting outside the closed mall for a ridiculously amazing mall-wide sale to begin. Being on top of things and at the front of the line, Chloe anxiously waits for the doors to open. She answers a call from her friend Allison right as the door opens, distracting her. The other people in line go crazy and rush into the mall, knocking Chloe and her phone to the ground. Chloe is then viciously trampled by the mob of shoppers. She weakly tries to get back up during all of it but is stabbed in the neck by a woman wearing stilettos, killing her instantly.

6. The Hosts - The Hosts are throwing a party in Helen's backyard. Helen and Robbie are lounging about in a hot tub while Ghostface is flipping burgers on a barbeque nearby. Ghostface does not recognize that there is a leak in the propane tank and ignites a cigarette. When Ghostface ashes his cigarette, the propane tank explodes thus sending Ghostface into the air (in hundreds of pieces) and killing him instantly. The burger flipper flies directly into Robbie's mouth and goes through his head, also killing him instantly. A piece of grill equipment hits Helen and leaves her unconscious in the hot tub which begins to malfunction and drop drastically in water temperature. Large gusts of wind blow the hot tub cover over and Ms. Shivers ends up shivering to death in ice cold water temperatures.

7. Margaret White - Being the religious woman that she is, Margaret dislikes the fact that she has cheated "God's plan" and wants to die in order to please the Lord. She reaches the top of the tallest tower in the city and plans to jump off the building. Moments after jumping, a helicopter flies by and kills Margaret who gets chopped into pieces by the rotor.

8. Thomas Burke - While on a boat and drinking a beer, Thomas bends over to grab a rod and hook. He casts out and his hook launches itself into the back of the boat and gets caught in the motor. Thomas turns off the engine and then tries to untangle his fishing line and hook from the propeller in the water. Suddenly, waves begin to push against the boat and Thomas' falls into the water, his hands tangled in with the line and propeller. The boat then mysteriously turns on, and consequently, so do the propellers. Thomas is cut up and killed by the boats propellers.

9. Kevin Fischer & Bill Murray - The two men are playing Wii with each other. Kevin, not listening to the instructions, does not put on the wrist strap and throws it towards the TV. It slips out of his hand and knocks Bill unconscious. When he tries to help him up, a chandelier above them breaks and crushes Kevin. The Wii begins to malfunction and end explodes. Objects in the living room fly into both of them and kill them.

10. Jessica Pierson - Miss Pierson is pleasuring her lonely, desperate self with a vibrator on her bed when suddenly the ceiling fan above her head begins to malfunction and spin out of control. Moaning in please, Jessica doesn't even realize and continues doing her thing. Being the nasty bitch that she is, she pulls the vibrator out of her lower regions and rubs lubricant all over her hands and the vibrator. She then begins practicing oral sex with it when it suddenly slips out of her grip and goes into her big mouth. She begins choking on the vibrator when suddenly the ceiling fans detaches from the ceiling and lands on her stomach, ripping apart her insides. Jessica attempts to scream but cannot as the vibrator is down her esophagus. She quickly chokes to death.

11. Damon Brooks - Is driving down the highway in a heavy thunderstorm when he stops at a red light. He quickly notices the stop lights malfunctioning across the street, frequently changing from red to green to yellow. Finally, the lights stay green but Damon does not recognize ALL the lights are green. He drives ahead and is hit hard by a semi. Damon flies out of the vehicle and lands in a nearby ditch full of water. He stands up just moments before lightning strikes the water and electrifies him, killing him instantly.

12. Tommy Doyle - Is boiling a hot pot of water in the kitchen when the dishwasher, unnoticingly, begins leaking water onto the floor. Tommy continues cooking and singing aloud when he slips on the water and falls forward. His face lands in the pot of water and becomes stuck in the pot. Tommy's face quickly burns and he goes out of control freaking out. Not knowing where he is going, he trips and falls down the stairs and snaps his neck.

13. Kirby Reed - After unknowingly eating an ENTIRE RAW TURKEY, Kirby goes home and battles severe diarrhea from the salmonella. The diarrhea was so severe that she began, unknowingly, defecating her insides. When she flushed the toilet, she was dragged in (though not entirely flushed, obviously). She died on the toilet.

14. Allison Argent - Allison is doing laundry and attempting to pull clothing out of the dryer. A sock is stuck far in the back and Allison, being very short, reaches towards it when suddenly her heel breaks and she slips in. The door locks behind her and the cycle starts! Allison dies from all the heat.

15. Father Merrin - Father Merrin is swimming in a lake when suddenly his legs get tangled in water weeds. He begins to feel as though he is drowning so he swims beneath and tries to untie himself. He struggles but eventually manages to get out of. He swims to the surface and then rises out of the water. Catching a deep breath, he is shocked when a SeaDoo runs into him and kills him.

Survivor

1. Erin, being the total Goddess that she is, survives the massacre. She finds herself tied down to a conveyor belt used to split logs in half (similar to a chainsaw, which Erin has also survived). Erin, being in shape, manages to lift herself into a bridge position and allows the saw to cut the ropes on her hands and legs. She walks out of the warehouse she is in (for no apparent reason) and does not mourn the rest of her friends that have died.
